Modern phonetics actively develops the problem of correlation of the norm and variation of pronunciation taking into consideration of the whole spectrum of factors regulating sound realization. Attention paid to these problems is obvious because variations of language units of any level and possibilities of their usage by speakers is an ontological feature of the language. Variation of the phonetic system of the German language, taking place nowadays, represent a special interest.
